RETURN POLICY

We ensure that our products details and product specification as displayed on our website contain all the features the product has. Therefore, we advice you to be read carefully the product description and product details before placing your order.
Our refund policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (tag is on).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card on file within a certain amount of days.
Note: Approved return customer will be charged 5% restocking fee before running credit card refund

WRONG ORDER

If you have received a wrong item , Then please email us and we will share with you how to send back the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item .will also notify you if the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then our customer support will let you know when your refund will be processed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full  refund.

NB: We don't accept or give refund back for any product being damaged by the buyer. Therefore, return immediately any item received as faulty .

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you mistakenly place order and notify us before the order is been processed, we accept cancellation the current order and allow you to re-order the correct product
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
